refactor(cert-manager): einheitlicher Name Zertifikatsmanager

Seitenleiste/Marktplatz (Seed), Seitentitel, Anleitungen, Kommentare
und unveroeffentlichter CHANGELOG heissen jetzt Zertifikatsmanager.
