fix(05): clean must_haves, trailing XML, update ROADMAP to 5 plans
...
- Remove frontend artifacts from 05-03 must_haves (belong to 05-04)
- Remove trailing XML generation artifacts from 05-04 and 05-05
- Update ROADMAP Phase 5: 5 plans across 4 waves

5 plans across 4 waves covering all 9 requirements (AUTH-01..06, TNNT-01..03)
and 18 locked decisions (D-01..D-18):
- Plan 01 (W1): Backend auth foundation with Prisma schema, RLS, JWT, admin seed
- Plan 02 (W2): Frontend auth flow, login page, user/tenant CRUD admin pages
- Plan 03 (W2): SUS package verification, password reset, force-change interceptor
- Plan 04 (W3): LDAP sync service, per-tenant config, field mapping, admin UI
- Plan 05 (W4): Visual verification of complete auth and multi-tenancy system

...
Three plans for Foundation & Portal Shell phase:
- 01-01: Monorepo scaffold, Docker Compose with 3-network segmentation, NestJS API, Next.js app, PostgreSQL
- 01-02: Design tokens (yellow #ffed00 primary), i18n (DE/EN), theme switching, responsive portal layout
- 01-03: Visual verification checkpoint for human approval
Includes SKELETON.md documenting architectural decisions for subsequent phases.
