- New groupMembership.findMany query, tenant-scoped via group.tenantId
  (GroupMembership has no own tenantId column)
- Response shape changes from an array to { groups, modules }; modules
  entries stay field-identical to before
- Group without any module grant now stays visible, closing the
  reproduced defect
