+
+1. **CALENDAR_ENCRYPTION_KEY missing** — API crashed on startup because the env var had no dev default. Fixed by adding a generated default in docker-compose.yml.
+2. **i18n flat dot-keys** — Widget names displayed as raw keys (`widgets.clock.name`) because next-intl expects nested JSON structure but messages used flat dot-notation keys. Fixed by converting all 22 flat widget keys to nested objects in de.json and en.json.
