fix(mcp): use bundled Playwright chromium instead of system binary

System /bin/chromium crashed during DOM rendering; switch to --browser chromium so MCP uses Playwright's own managed browser. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
