Wave 0 Requirements
Keine Wave-0-Infrastruktur-Setup nötig — Vitest bereits konfiguriert in beiden Apps. Bestehende Testinfrastruktur deckt alle Phase-8-Anforderungen.
Existing infrastructure covers all phase requirements.
